This a contactless service which includes the following: 
- Customisation of the lace (bleaching knots and plucking the hairline for a natural finish)
- Washing 
- Basic Styling (middle or side part)

If you need extra styling, please refer to the add-ons below and include them in your booking!

PLEASE ENSURE YOU READ ALL INFORMATION BEFORE MAKING A BOOKING

To secure your slot, a NON-REFUNDABLE £20 deposit will be required. This will be deducted from the total price at your appointment. When booking your appointment you may choose to pay the amount in full or just pay the deposit. A confirmation email will be sent once the deposit has been made, with all the necessary details e.g location address. (Please check spam mail). 
Slots are released on the 20th of every month at 7pm for the following month (e.g, January slots are released on the 20th of December at 7pm)

• There is a 15 minute grace period, after that you will be charged £10
• After 25 minutes your appointment will be CANCELLED
• This policy is to avoid lateness as it delays my day and remaining clients on that day.
• You must provide 48 hour notice if you wish to reschedule your appointment. Failure to contact me within the 48 hour period will result in your appointment being cancelled, the deposit will be non-refundable and you will need to rebook.
• Same day cancellations/ no shows will result in a 50% service charge
• No shows will not be allowed to book with me again and will be charged the full amount
• A new deposit is required if you failed to reschedule within the notice period time

ALL HAIR MUST BE DROPPED TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED 5 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT, ANY LATER WILL RESULT IN A LATE FEE OR
RESCHEDULING OF YOUR APPOINTMENT.
YOU WILL NEED TO ADD THE FOLLOWING DETAILS TO YOUR HAIR.

- YOUR NAME
- DATE/TIME OF YOUR APPOINTMENT or desired date you need the hair by, a contact detail, the service you require
- ⁠SERVICE TYPE
- ⁠SENDER’s ADDRESS


Please send the tracking details via DM when posted and also a picture, I will also do the same when returning the hair back

Your feedback is so important!
You will have a 24 hour grace period to express any concerns and problems in which I will be happy to help and assist/ provide a free solution.
Anything after 24 hours will not be considered. I will not be responsible for your frontal maintenance once you leave your appointment. If you need tips on how to maintain your hair please ask at your appointment.
Rudeness/entitlement is not tolerated, we treat all our clients with the same level of respect, as such we expect the same respect in return. Rude/ bad mannered clients will be permanently BANNED from our services
